Yields: Around 16 Cookies
You Will Need:
Ingredients-
Front Porch Pantry Mix
1/2 C. Butter ( Melted)
1 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Equipment-
Electric Mixer
Mixing Bowl
Cookie Scoop
Greased Cookie Sheet
Cooling Rack
Step By Step:
Start by creaming together the sugar mixture and your melted butter. Once that is combined add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix together, it should be light and fluffy.
Next fold in the dry ingredient bag, until thoroughly mixed.
Lastly mix in your chocolate chips.
Baking:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease the baking sheet, using a cooker scoop put the cookie on the sheet(allowing room to spread). There should be around 32 dough balls.
Bake for 8-10 minutes( I recommend 8 minutes)
After you take them out of the oven let the cookies continue to stay on the pan for 5 minutes(I find the best results this way).
After the 5 minutes put them on a cooling rack, for at least 5 more minutes.
